IT Support Specialist / Break-Fix Technician

Are you a hands-on tech problem-solver who thrives on fixing hardware and supporting users face-to-face? We're looking for an IT Support Specialist who's ready to jump in and own the break-fix process-repairing laptops, replacing hardware, configuring devices, and keeping users up and running.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to expert for diagnosing and fixing laptop issues-motherboards, hard drives, screens, and more
- Troubleshoot software, install apps, and keep systems secure with tools like McAfee and CrowdStrike
- Set up and configure laptops and mobile devices, helping users connect, sync, and secure their tech
- Maintain and troubleshoot software/hardware for Process Control Servers and Communication Network infrastructure across both the IIT and Process Networks, including inter-network connectivity.
- Solve technical issues on the spot or remotely-whatever it takes to keep operations running smoothly
- Support Windows/SAP and label printers
- Provide database support for name/ownership modifications in MOC and SPAM systems
- Define and manage the backup process for manufacturing process data
- Monitor, maintain, and restore network connectivity at all sites, and notify users of any disruptions
- Log issues and resolutions with precision, keeping everything well-documented
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in hands-on IT hardware repair and break/fix roles
- Strong working knowledge of laptops (especially Dell Latitude models) and peripheral devices
- Familiarity with enterprise security software and manual installation processes
- Understanding of networking basics and wireless troubleshooting
- Excellent customer support and communication skills
- A and/or Net certifications are a plus
