IT Network/Infrastructure Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Network/Infrastructure Support Specialist to join their team. This is a full time, direct hire position that will work on a hybrid model.

Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following:

- Ability to diagnose technical issues and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of IT service tools and techniques

- Provide onsite support for workstations, servers, printers, networks, and more
- Assist with disaster recovery solutions and remote access implementation
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of progress and changes
- Maintain knowledge of client's business strategy and goals
- Document processes and procedures

Any prior experience in a client facing role is a huge plus.
