Our client in New York City is seeking a Lead IT Support Specialist. This is a full time, direct hire role with a very well established company.

Prior professional services industry experience is strongly preferred.

Lead IT Support Specialist

Qualified candidates will have most of the following experience:

• Remote, deskside, and over the phone troubleshooting
• Working with technical training teams
• White glove support skills
• Instructional documentation
• Software support (Windows, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
