THE JOB
As a Venue IT Support Representative, you will gain hands-on experience and an understanding of IT service delivery, developing operational and troubleshooting skills in a dynamic industry.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance to venue staff.
  • Identify, track, and resolve persistent issues, escalating as needed.
  • Act as onsite liaison with remote IT support teams.
  • Assist visiting IT support providers and tour production with connectivity and equipment setup.
  • Ensure IT hardware/software readiness for events, especially during "day of show" support.
  • Assist with deployment, inventory, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment.
  • Develop understanding of venue network and technologies.
  • Participate in seasonal IT preparation, shutdown, and infrastructure extension for special events.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Experience with Apple iOS, MS Windows, and network technologies is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, professional style.
  • Self-motivated with troubleshooting ability.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Reliable team player capable of working independently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing, stressful environments.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, clean driving record.
  • Flexibility for evening, weekend, holiday, and extended event hours.
