• Create and enhance training materials, including walkthroughs and video guides, to support effective learning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, researching and delivering clear solutions to address their needs.
• Update and maintain client portal environments to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and enhance the customer experience.• Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar client-facing role.
• Proficiency in working with multiple browsers and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Strong skills in email correspondence and clear, detail-oriented communication.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer success strategies and solutions.
• Ability to research and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately.
