IT Specialist – Full Time

Location: iKrusher Headquarters, 11818 Clark Street, Arcadia, CA 91006 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

iKrusher is seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to support and maintain our IT processes on a daily basis. This role requires expertise in network administration, strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the ability to manage both Windows and Mac environments while providing hands-on support to end users.


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, configure, and ensure the reliable operation of computer systems, network infrastructure, and IT policies.

  • Handle end-user IT onboarding and offboarding.

  • Administer network infrastructure (Ubiquiti).

  • Create, document, and maintain IT department SOPs.

  • Install and update computer components and software, configure MS365 systems, and integrate automation processes.

  • Provide macOS and Windows support, ensuring workstation and application issues are resolved promptly.

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, document problems and resolutions, and report impact to stakeholders.

  • Recommend hardware and software improvements.

  • Perform and oversee regular backup operations, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

  • Train and coach colleagues on IT systems to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

  • Evaluate IT operations, recommending improvements and upgrades to hardware/software.

  • Collaborate with external partners as needed to resolve errors or optimize IT systems.

  • Stay current with technology innovations and trends.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Mandarin speaking is a plus.

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 Dynamics, specifically Business Central (BC) & CRM components.

  • Experience with MS 365 Dynamics conversions is a plus.

  • Experience with MS Intune or similar mobile device management systems.

  • Ability to troubleshoot PCs, Macs, and iPhones.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new technologies.


Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • Minimum of 4 years of related IT experience.


Compensation:
  • Full-time, non-exempt, hourly position

  • Pay range: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (approx. $72,800 – $83,200 annually, based on 40 hours per week)

  • Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California labor laws
