Seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our IT support team. In this role, you will work on maintaining employee laptops, peripherals, and business applications. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Procure, configure, and support Windows and Mac devices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Maintain IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Provide training to users on the use of IT systems and hardware.
  • Create and maintain documentation of IT processes and system configurations.
  • Analyze support tickets to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
  • Manage and automate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Develop support scripts utilizing Powershell and/or bash.
  • Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Certifications are preferred, but not required.
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
  • Experience with developing scripts in languages such as Powershell and bash.
  • Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
  • Analytical skills to study problems and records, and identify solutions.
  • Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
