DTMB/DHHS is seeking an IT Specialist with expertise in Rational Team Concert (RTC). This is a new position and requires an IBM Jazz CLM Process Specialist. The position can be filled via webcam or in person.

The role involves administering Rational tools, including version upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, scripting, and automating desktop tool deployment. The specialist will collaborate with the tool process team and CMCoE to configure tools according to industry best practices and standards for systems such as Bridges, MiBridges, ISD Portal, Contact Center, Universal Case Load, MiSACWIS, MiCSES, BSI, ODS, SIGMA, HUB, and CHAMPS.
