IT Support Technician (Part-Time, On-Call)
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Schedule: ~8-15 hours/week. Must be available on-call with 24 hours’ notice, Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a dependable IT Support Technician to provide on-site, on-call support at our client's Santa Clara office. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of IT hardware and devices, who thrives in a flexible work environment and enjoys being the go-to resource when hands-on help is needed. You’ll be stepping in as the local boots-on-the-ground support while collaborating with a remote IT team.



Position Overview

The IT Support Technician will serve as the on-site technical support resource for workstation equipment, mobile devices, and hardware inventory. You’ll be contacted as needs arise—typically with at least 24 hours’ notice—and will provide in-person support in coordination with remote IT team members.


Responsibilities
  • Provide in-person support at the Santa Clara office during assigned hours or on-call visits

  • Coordinate with remote IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues

  • Support and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhone, Android, iPad)

  • Maintain and organize inventory of IT hardware and printer supplies

  • Ensure prompt and professional support for ad-hoc technical needs



What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of IT support experience

  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently when on-site

  • Willingness to be available on-call with 24 hours’ notice during weekdays
