IT Support Technician (Part-Time, On-Call)
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Schedule: ~8-15 hours/week. Must be available on-call with 24 hours’ notice, Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a dependable IT Support Technician to provide on-site, on-call support at our client's Santa Clara office. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of IT hardware and devices, who thrives in a flexible work environment and enjoys being the go-to resource when hands-on help is needed. You’ll be stepping in as the local boots-on-the-ground support while collaborating with a remote IT team.
Position Overview
The IT Support Technician will serve as the on-site technical support resource for workstation equipment, mobile devices, and hardware inventory. You’ll be contacted as needs arise—typically with at least 24 hours’ notice—and will provide in-person support in coordination with remote IT team members.
Responsibilities
Provide in-person support at the Santa Clara office during assigned hours or on-call visits
Coordinate with remote IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Support and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhone, Android, iPad)
Maintain and organize inventory of IT hardware and printer supplies
Ensure prompt and professional support for ad-hoc technical needs
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of IT support experience
Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
Self-motivated and able to work independently when on-site
Willingness to be available on-call with 24 hours’ notice during weekdays
