Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician: Deliver comprehensive IT support, addressing both onsite and remote technical issues for end users. Engage in problem determination, incident recording, and resolution, adhering to corporate policies and procedures. Escalate complex issues as necessary, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Utilize expertise in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, and mobile device management to enhance user experience. Manage computer imaging and identity management tasks efficiently.

Required Skills for IT Support Technician:

  • Threeyears of experience in a Service Desk environment.
  • A college degree is preferred
  • Current certification in at least one of the following areas is preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices is advantageous.
