IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a talented IT Support Analyst to join our team at a leading Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) company in GA, experiencing significant growth through mergers, acquisitions, and organic expansion.

The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to employees and clients with computer hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide desk side and remote support for MacBook, Windows, and iOS devices
• Operate Cisco and Ubiquiti networking equipment: switches, firewalls, access points
• Onboard new hires: configure laptops, install applications, set up email accounts, and provide deskside training
• Assist with cloud applications such as Monday.com, Slack, and Synchroteam
• Install, train, and support Office 365 products on Apple and Windows platforms, especially Teams and OneDrive
• Administer Google Workspace accounts
• Maintain inventory of equipment, software, and licenses
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure network connectivity
• Ensure system security, malware protection, and backups
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in desktop or technical support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS and Office suite
• Strong support skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and customer service skills
