We are seeking an IT Support Technician based in Austin, Texas.

Shift: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

What a typical day looks like:

1. Installing and supporting desktop/laptop hardware and software, peripherals, and office printers, as well as maintaining PC assets.
2. Performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of computers and related systems.
3. Configuring cellular phones for end users to meet corporate standards.
4. Assisting in selecting suitable software to meet user needs.
5. Managing supplies for printers (excluding paper).
6. Installing software, patches, and updates on desktops and laptops.
7. Tracking all assets supported by Deskside support accurately.
8. Maintaining PC assets both physically and logically with accurate records.
9. Providing first-line technical support for end-user hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
10. Troubleshooting software and hardware failures and identifying network issues related to end-user devices.
11. Assisting Network Administrator/Analyst with network-related issues.
12. Interacting with vendors to facilitate hardware repairs.
13. Creating image builds for desktops and laptops.
14. Performing other duties as assigned.
