Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role will be the first point of contact for employees needing assistance with computers, accounts, or software. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, is patient and clear when helping others, and is eager to learn new skills. You will receive guidance from experienced team members and have opportunities to grow into more advanced responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support

  • Serve as the first contact for employees needing help in person, over the phone, or via email/tickets.
  • Assist with common issues such as password resets, account access, and basic troubleshooting for computers, printers, and other devices.

Microsoft Office & Collaboration Tools

  • Support employees with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Help with simple tasks like sharing files, setting up meetings, and fixing basic email or calendar issues.

Account and Access Management

  • Set up accounts for new employees and remove access for departing employees.
  • Ensure team members have the correct permissions for their work.

Device and Equipment Support

  • Help set up and connect laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Ensure equipment is ready for use and functioning properly.

Request Tracking and Follow-Up

  • Monitor incoming support requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify repeat issues and share feedback for improvements.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

  • Keep records of common issues and how they were resolved.
  • Share tips with employees to help them work more effectively.

Education

  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in MIS, or applicable discipline
