The role offers an exciting opportunity for a financially savvy and operations-oriented individual to help drive and lead RTN’s Business Performance framework. As a Business Performance Manager, you will be part of the global Business Development and Technology team, working closely with the broader RTN leadership during this strategic transformation.
Based in Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will be a key link between RTN Leadership, regional operations, consulting, and internal Beratung functions (finance, technology services, etc.).
You will play a vital role in developing and expanding RTN globally, ensuring its financial and budgeting frameworks support the transformation. You will manage relationships with internal Bain finance and talent partners, as well as external finance teams, coordinating across offices for a successful rollout.
Responsibilities
- Own RTN’s business performance framework
- Manage monthly and annual financial accounting, including cost and revenue recognition
- Oversee annual financial planning and forecasting, including budgeting
- Manage a team of financial coordinators and serve as an escalation point for financial process issues
- Develop analytical capabilities for RTN, providing leadership and regional teams with data for decision-making (e.g., pricing engines, KPI dashboards)
Requirements
- University degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
- Experience managing the annual budgeting process and financial forecasts
- Extensive finance experience in managing business performance/FP&A activities
- Ability to develop complex financial models, forecast performance, and analyze data for trends and opportunities
- Experience managing teams and engaging with senior stakeholders across geographies
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
