You will manage relationships with internal Bain Finance and talent partners, as well as external finance teams, coordinating globally to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly and annual financial accounting, including cost and revenue recognition
  • Oversee annual financial planning and forecasting, including budgeting
  • Manage a team of financial coordinators and serve as an escalation point for financial process issues

Requirements

  • University degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
  • Experience managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts
  • Extensive experience in finance departments managing business performance/FP&A activities (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, etc.)
  • Ability to develop complex financial models, forecast performance, and analyze data for trends and opportunities
  • Experience managing teams and working with senior stakeholders across regions
