Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support Services
- Manage and resolve trouble tickets, providing timely updates and closure.
- Analyze user issues, identify root causes, implement solutions, and escalate when needed.
- Deliver in-person, remote, and phone/email support to end users.
- Administer hybrid Azure AD environments.
- Manage devices via Microsoft Intune, including policy enforcement, app deployment, and device configuration.
- Support identity, security, and policy configurations in Azure AD and Intune.
- Set up, configure, image, and deploy PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform data transfers, backups, recovery, and new device setups.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for desktop equipment.
- Decommission and dispose of IT assets per policy.
- Create, modify, and manage user accounts in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Support access control, permissions, and profile configurations.
- Handle account recovery and password resets per security protocols.
- Prior experience with hybrid Azure AD environments and Microsoft Intune administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT asset management processes.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
