Job Title: End User Computer Support Specialist (Onsite IT)

The Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission (OSHRC) seeks a skilled End User Computer Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support for end-user computing systems, hardware, software, and accounts. The position involves managing a hybrid Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) environment and device administration through Microsoft Intune, ensuring all endpoint devices remain secure, functional, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support Services
  • Manage and resolve trouble tickets, providing timely updates and closure.
  • Analyze user issues, identify root causes, implement solutions, and escalate when needed.
  • Deliver in-person, remote, and phone/email support to end users.
Azure Active Directory & Intune Management
  • Administer hybrid Azure AD environments.
  • Manage devices via Microsoft Intune, including policy enforcement, app deployment, and device configuration.
  • Support identity, security, and policy configurations in Azure AD and Intune.
IT Infrastructure & Asset Management
  • Set up, configure, image, and deploy PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Perform data transfers, backups, recovery, and new device setups.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for desktop equipment.
  • Decommission and dispose of IT assets per policy.
User Account Management
  • Create, modify, and manage user accounts in both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Support access control, permissions, and profile configurations.
  • Handle account recovery and password resets per security protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with hybrid Azure AD environments and Microsoft Intune administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
