skilled End User Computer Support Specialist

to provide comprehensive technical support for end-user computing systems, hardware, software, and accounts. The position involves managing a hybrid Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) environment and device administration through Microsoft Intune, ensuring all endpoint devices remain secure, functional, and up to date. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support Services

Manage and resolve trouble tickets, providing timely updates and closure. Analyze user issues, identify root causes, implement solutions, and escalate when needed. Deliver in-person, remote, and phone/email support to end users. Azure Active Directory & Intune Management

Administer hybrid Azure AD environments. Manage devices via Microsoft Intune, including policy enforcement, app deployment, and device configuration. Support identity, security, and policy configurations in Azure AD and Intune. IT Infrastructure & Asset Management

Set up, configure, image, and deploy PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Perform data transfers, backups, recovery, and new device setups. Maintain accurate inventory records for desktop equipment. Decommission and dispose of IT assets per policy. User Account Management

Create, modify, and manage user accounts in both on-premises and cloud environments. Support access control, permissions, and profile configurations. Handle account recovery and password resets per security protocols. Qualifications:

Prior experience with hybrid Azure AD environments and Microsoft Intune administration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with IT asset management processes. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
