Red Knight Solutions is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Field Specialist will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on various client products. Candidates should have the ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware, exercising moderately complex analytical skills and making decisions based on established guidelines.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form
• Accept and deliver all assigned service calls
• Complete administrative tasks related to service calls
• Manage control and return of assets and inventory
• Provide guidance to colleagues as needed

Requirements

• Technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years relevant experience
• Ability to drive to client locations
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs

• Own basic repair toolkit
