Red Knight Solutions is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Field Specialist will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on various client products. Candidates should have the ability to troubleshoot and repair with moderate complexity, exercising analytical skills and making decisions based on company guidelines.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form
• Accept and complete all service calls assigned
• Complete administrative tasks related to each call
• Manage control and return of assets and inventory
• Provide functional guidance to colleagues if needed

Requirements

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Ability to drive to client locations
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic repair toolkit
