Manufacturing IT Specialist Job at Eagle Industries, Inc. in Wixom

We are seeking a Manufacturing IT Specialist to join our team! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization's network systems.

Essential Functions:

• Microsoft platform administration - Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services
• Network operations - support routine monitoring and maintenance of switches, firewalls, VPN and wifi
• IBM i daily operations - Participate in user administration, backup checks, and replication monitoring 
• Support ERP system including label printing and peripheral integrations. 
• EDI transaction monitoring - Troubleshoot and support EDI functionality for the automotive marketplace. 
• Virtual infrastructure - Support of VMware ESXi/vCenter clusters. 

​Preferred Skills:

• ERP Experience 

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related experience
• Experienced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
• Three years of experience in network administration, support or ERP Systems 

​Physical & Environmental Requirements:

This position includes minimal requirements which include 

• Intermittent sitting, standing, and walking for eight hours 
• Minimum lifting 15-30 lbs. 
• Simple grasping
