RM Palmer Company, LLC designs, produces, packages, and ships seasonal chocolate novelties. Our products include filled chocolates, solid chocolates, chocolate bars and balls, chocolate cups and coins, chocolate patties, and seasonal products. In addition to their own branded products, the Company co-manufactures both seasonal and everyday products for other large branded companies. Today, the Company operates out of two manufacturing facilities and one distribution facility with ~600 full-time employees. R.M. Palmer Company, LLC has some of the most differentiated manufacturing capabilities in the industry as one of the only companies in the U.S. able to make hollow molded chocolate candy products and multicolor chocolate candy novelties.

We're seeking a skilled IT Systems & Support Analyst to provide onsite responsive technical support, manage daily IT operations, and assist with project implementation. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting abilities, experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune, and a customer-focused mindset. This role is key to ensuring smooth, efficient technology performance across the organization.

  • User Account Management: Administer and manage user accounts in Entra ID / Microsoft 365 including password resets, license assignments, and access troubleshooting.
  • Service Desk Operations: Monitor, triage, and respond to all incoming service requests via SolarWinds Service Desk. Resolve issues directly or escalate to internal teams or third-party vendors as appropriate.
  • Device Deployment & Management: Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. Ensure consistent configuration and security compliance for all endpoints.
  • Desktop Support: Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and printers including hardware/software troubleshooting, system setup, and issue resolution.
  • Networking Support: Perform basic network troubleshooting including diagnosing connectivity issues and collaborating with the network team as needed.
  • VOIP System Support: Coordinate with third-party telecommunications vendors to support and troubleshoot VoIP services and related infrastructure.
  • Project Participation: Assist in IT initiatives including software/hardware upgrades, system migrations, and the rollout of new technologies.
  • End User Training & Support: Offer one-on-one and small-group support to improve user understanding of software applications and IT tools.
  • Microsoft Office Support: Provide expert support for Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to ensure optimal end-user productivity.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base: Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support articles to promote knowledge sharing and self-service.

Requirements:

Certifications

  • CompTIA A+
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • ITIL Foundations or similar

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Hands-on experience with Intune and Autopilot for device provisioning and management.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk systems (SolarWinds Service Desk or similar).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows-based systems and Office applications.
  • Experience supporting desktop, laptop, and printer hardware.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
