Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT troubleshooting support for hardware, software, communication devices, and network enterprise environments
• Provide proactive conflict resolution for various applications and IT solutions. We are looking for someone with advanced analytics thinking and IT diagnostic troubleshooting skills, able to respond to complex incidents and perform resolution in a reasonable timeframe.
• Support Windows and Linux enterprise environments, engage directly with customers providing high-end customer service, and ensure projects and deliverables are met and meeting contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with advanced software and hardware troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting Windows/Linux environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain thought process behind troubleshooting resolutions
• Active Full Scope Polygraph

Compensation

• Salary Range: $100,000-150,000 Depending on Experience
