Compensation
Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and networking issues
- Support and guide Tier 1 techs (you’ll be a go-to, not a bottleneck)
- Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
- Help execute migrations, upgrades, and system improvements
- Be a visible part of project delivery, not just behind-the-scenes support
- Spot inefficiencies and recommend smarter solutions for clients
What Makes You a Fit
- 2+ years of Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry experience (must have requirement)
- Strong with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure, AWS a bonus)
- You’re excited to learn, experiment, and level up your skills
