Compensation

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Support and guide Tier 1 techs (you’ll be a go-to, not a bottleneck)
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
  • Help execute migrations, upgrades, and system improvements
  • Be a visible part of project delivery, not just behind-the-scenes support
  • Spot inefficiencies and recommend smarter solutions for clients

What Makes You a Fit

  • 2+ years of Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry experience (must have requirement)
  • Strong with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Familiarity with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure, AWS a bonus)
  • You’re excited to learn, experiment, and level up your skills
