Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid – Remote Mon & Fri, On-site Tues–Thurs)

A well-established and technician-led Managed Services Provider supporting clients across NJ, NY, and PA. We’re actively looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer who’s passionate about solving real problems, growing their skillset, and being part of a collaborative team.

This is an excellent role for someone with a solid support background in M365 and Windows environments who’s looking to level up with career growth, hybrid flexibility, and certification support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide Tier 2 support for end-user issues: workstation and laptop troubleshooting, email recovery, app diagnostics, etc.
  • Resolve tickets efficiently within Microsoft 365 and Windows-based environments
  • Partner with the support team to reduce escalations and create a smooth support experience
  • Use your networking fundamentals to assist with connectivity issues (no firewall or switch configuration)
  • Document actions and maintain clarity in ticketing and communication with end users

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of MSP industry experience
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and logical, methodical approach
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Dell hardware
  • Good grasp of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) – advanced knowledge a plus
