PROJECT NAME: Public Engagement Unit Systems

HRA JOB TITLE: Senior IT Specialist_1

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We seek to have an impact by proactively reaching individual residents and helping them access services for which they are eligible. We use innovative public awareness and grassroots organizing techniques; assign teams of experienced outreach specialists to help residents find and receive resources available with a particular focus on vulnerable, low-income residents. Complemented by building broad awareness campaigns, the program has built a strong model that has been applied to a variety of unique challenges enabling government to change the way in which their constituents receive service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond timely to service-desk tickets and keep up to date electronic notes
  • Perform onsite or remote diagnosis and resolution of complex hardware and software problems
  • Hardware support includes assembly, repairing, relocation and deployment of desktop computers, network printers, monitors, telephony and output devices
  • Provide technical assistance and limited over the shoulder training to end users
  • Provision and terminate Google Workspace Cloud accounts
  • Manage user accounts, profiles and privileges in various tools
  • Maintain the integrity of the technology inventory system
  • Travel to other work sites when required
  • Work with vendors to perform troubleshooting
  • Perform special projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Perform new and replacement desktop deployments
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Verizon Call Center platform for IVR, routing, virtual hold, screen pops

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 Years Knowledge of service desk functions and operations
  • Minimum 2 Years Windows 10, MAC OS, MS Office 2010/2013/2016, O365
  • Minimum 2 Years Knowledge of Android and IOS devices
  • Minimum 1 Years MacBook laptop support experience
  • Minimum 1 Years A+ Certification
  • Minimum 1 Years Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN

  • 1 Years Strong knowledge of Remote Desktop Protocol
  • 1 Years Network+ Certification
