Job Title: Department Support Specialist I
Location: Primarily Remote - 1 day onsite per week (minimum - will depend on mailroom work needed)
Duration: 24mos
Job Description:
- Performs a variety of support functions to support the department.
- Handles multiple projects and may assist in compiling data and generating reports.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Picking up, sorting, opening, scanning mail
- Ensuring proper steps are taken for forwarding mail for our discontinued clients, handling any returned checks, and managing any general or disconnect notices.
