This essential role supports our luxury residential landscape projects across Pacific Palisades by transporting materials and equipment safely, efficiently, and with precision. As our Truck and Trailer Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our job sites are equipped and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport heavy equipment and construction materials (rocks, sand, stone, wood, debris) to/from job sites
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and perform minor maintenance checks
  • Operate and load/unload skid steers, mini excavators, and other machinery
  • Assist job-site managers with dump runs and supply pickups
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols on and off-site
  • Plan delivery routes, adjusting for traffic and schedule changes
  • Keep accurate delivery and maintenance logs per state and federal regulations
  • Help maintain truck cleanliness and secure the vehicle at the end of shifts
  • Support other field labor as needed to meet project demands

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of truck/trailer driving experience (required)
  • Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record (required)
  • Strong mechanical skills for minor repairs and preventive checks
  • Experience operating skid steers, compactors, and related equipment
  • Basic knowledge of construction and landscape materials
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Able to lift and move 80 lbs regularly
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Knowledge of local jobsite operations and road safety practices

Work Schedule
