Are you a seasoned construction professional who thrives on-site and knows how to keep complex projects running smoothly? We’re looking for a Superintendent II to lead field operations for large-scale residential and commercial developments.
This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about safety, quality, and schedule. You’ll be the go-to person on-site—coordinating crews, managing logistics, and ensuring every phase of construction meets the highest standards.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and mentor field staff and subcontractors.
- Manage jobsite logistics, safety, inspections, and quality control.
- Coordinate with municipalities and inspectors to ensure compliance.
- Lead weekly safety and coordination meetings using construction management software.
- Maintain project schedules, oversee material deliveries, and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with project managers to align field operations with overall project goals.
- Drive punch list completion, warranty coordination, and close-out documentation.
🔹 What You Bring:
- 8–15 years of experience supervising trades on complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical rough-ins, building enclosures, and sitework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 10-hour certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Design, or equivalent experience.

Pay: $130,000-$140,000
