Role OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing mechanical scopes of work on complex commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with solid project execution experience who is ready to take ownership of project delivery, financial tracking, and team coordination, while being mentored by senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Manage mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and change orders with support from senior PMs and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and union labor standards.
- Support scheduling, procurement, and client communication.
- Collaborate with QA/QC and field leadership to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- 5-7 years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
- Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects (data center experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and specifications.
- Financial awareness and ability to support cost tracking and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field preferred.
