The Senior Accountant position prepares financial statements and supporting schedules, performs reconciliations, adjusts general ledger accounts as needed and reports financial results to appointed and elected officials.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with team members to produce accurate financial information and analysis
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
• Reconcile various bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Research and analyze revenue and expense variances for management

Qualifications

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related finance field
• 2 years of progressively responsible accounting experience
