• Oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties.
• Manage the month-end close process, including preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) for multiple properties.
• Perform monthly journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and expense allocations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property operations.
• Collaborate with property managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in property accounting or real estate accounting.
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management accounting software.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting and CAM reconciliations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
