Role: Senior Accountant

Location: On-Site in Smyrna, GA

Pay Rate Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Job Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare financial entries and documentation from various internal and external sources.
• Record and maintain data related to asset transactions and ensure timely processing of periodic calculations.
• Prepare and submit required business documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collect and consolidate financial data from various teams to support reporting requirements.
• Prepare account reconciliations, financial analyses, and related supporting documentation.
• Participate in and support process improvement initiatives as needed.
• Research financial or operational issues and adjust processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in audits by supplying required information and documentation.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years related experience
• Strong analytical and systems skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, highly organized
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and shift focus as necessary
• Microsoft Dynamics experience is desired
