Role: Property Accountant

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000/year

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare, analyze, and review financial data for accuracy and timeliness, including variance analysis.
2. Meet reporting deadlines for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Monitor cash activity and reconcile accounts regularly.
4. Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support operational and reporting goals.
6. Assist in training and guiding on accounting policies and procedures.
7. Support management with financial and operational accounting activities.
8. Maintain and review general ledger accounts for accuracy.
9. Ensure proper documentation for audits.
10. Conduct month-end close processes for assigned entities or portfolios.
