Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Junior Accountant

We are seeking a well-organized individual with attention to detail and a positive attitude to join our growing team! This position requires excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills with ability to multi-task and work independently.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with AP general vendors.
• Assist CFO with clerical support.
• Process all AP Invoices in respective discipline weekly.
• Manage all sales reps credit cards monthly.
• Perform daily bank deposits and general daily ledger entries.
• Perform monthly related closing actions.
• Maintain all office supplies and assist with general office organization.
• Duties include Clerical Support, Accounts Payable, and Office Organization
  
  

• 21 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting software programs, Dynamic 365 preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attentions to detail.
  
  

• Associates degree or higher in accounting preferred.
• 1 years of related experience required.
  
  

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
