Compensation: $34 - $37 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Olathe, Kansas

As a Project Accountant, you'll be at the heart of managing financial aspects forprojects, collaborating with project managers and office managers. This is an opportunity to grow in a supportive environment that values work-life balance with a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Ensure accurate project registration in accounting systems
• Organize and manage contract documentation
• Collaborate on client invoicing and collections
• Analyze project performance data and report exceptions
• Communicate project status to stakeholders
• Compile financial documentation for review
• Maintain quality standards on all projects

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance
• 4-6 years of project accounting experience
• Strong judgment and initiative
• Valid driver's license

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud projects
