Salary & Location

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Fully Onsite)

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in all ledgers
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support audit processes and ensure GAAP compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (Senior-level preferred)
• Strong technical accounting skills and GAAP knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
