M&A and Private Equity Associate

Winston & Strawn's Chicago office is seeking a mid-level associate with at least three years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity, minority investments, and related strategic deals. Responsibilities include preparing acquisition/disposition agreements, closing documents, and managing closing transactions.
