HDR seeks a Project Manager with experience in water and utility management to join our Water Business Group in Atlanta, GA. The role involves leading projects through all phases—planning, evaluation, design, and construction—and working with clients to support growth across Georgia. Project types include master plans, utility evaluations, water transmission pipelines, pump stations, wastewater systems, and treatment infrastructure. The candidate should be skilled in planning studies, environmental services, coordinating with subconsultants and utility owners, and overseeing office services during construction. Leadership in managing delivery and production staff and client engagement is essential. Preferred Qualifications
10+ years in water/wastewater projects Master’s degree preferred Georgia PE license or ability to obtain Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 7+ years related experience At least 2 years project management experience Professional Engineer (PE) license Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project (Access a plus) Demonstrated leadership skills Commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture Our Values and Commitment
