Provide administrative support functions including, but not limited to, filing, sorting mail, completing staff schedules for review by administrator, calling staff to fill coverage needs, data entry, covering 24-hour switchboard, pager and radio systems, monitoring of emergency oxygen, fire board, and point of contact for medical and fire codes, greet and direct all visitors, and frequent interactions with staff and public.
