EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN (ESOP)
The Employee Stock Ownership Plan, commonly known as an ESOP, is a retirement benefit for all employee-owners. Similar to a 401K, only better! The ESOP grants company stock to all eligible employee-owners and allocates the stocks into a trust account as part of their future retirement fund. Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Assist the Location Manager and all other departments with administrative functions •Assist the customer service team by fielding incoming calls and inquiries •Work with local Management and Corporate to ensure reconciliation of customer and vendor records •Process goods receipts into inventory system •Prepare checks for Lockbox •Run credit card transactions and prepare credit card import sheet •Scan and upload invoices to the share drive •Create and maintain spreadsheets •Run and review reports from Auto part database to accomplish accounts clean up •Automotive parts industry experiences a plus! •Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS •2+ years' experience in a customer service type role •Proficient with data base software, Microsoft Excel skills, Microsoft Word and Outlook•Active listening, organization and time management skills •Advanced customer service skills •Strong communication and negotiation skills •Bilingual a plus!
