Call Center Representative
Location: Boston, MA Company: Unilux Brand Unilux Brand We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance. Our mission is to deliver outstanding support and solutions to our clients, and we need someone who is passionate about helping others and can consistently exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Educate customers about our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Resolve customer complaints and issues with tact and professionalism to ensure customer retention. Document all interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Assist with technical support inquiries, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology is preferred. Benefits
