This key leadership role involves close collaboration with the executive team to craft long-term financial strategies and to oversee the comprehensive planning and forecasting processes. You will drive high-impact business performance analysis and serve as a strategic advisor to department heads, ensuring decisions are backed by data and resources are allocated efficiently. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting investor relations and preparing crucial financial materials for executive and board meetings. To thrive in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or CPA is preferred. We require a minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, specifically in leadership roles within FP&A. A solid grasp of financial modeling, business analytics, and corporate finance is essential, with prior experience in a US-based bank being highly regarded. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong executive presence, excellent communication and presentation skills, and advanced proficiency with financial systems and Excel.
