Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team while also playing a key role in maintaining the functionality and organization of our office space. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys both administrative and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for executive leadership Maintain various financial records and documents for company executives Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion. Assist with Sales calendar and meetings. Support the sales organization as needed, to include Powerpoint presentations, sales meeting presentations, and Manufacturing site visits. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or office management role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Proactive, resourceful, and solutions oriented. Preferred:
Experience managing Sales vendor relationships and facility operations. Background in office administration, sales or hospitality management. Familiar with CRM's (NetSuite). Why Join Us:
