Position: Full Stack .NET Developer

Location: Washington, DC – Fully Onsite

Clearance: Top Secret with SCI

Responsibilities

  • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
  • Design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software systems and applications.
  • Understand, design and maintain complex databases, write PL/SQL code, stored procedures and user-defined functions.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and resolve issues across various tiers (application, database, server).
  • Research and fix security vulnerabilities.
  • Ability to implement automation through the use of jobs, shell scripts, or other techniques.
  • Follow the team’s established Agile processes, which include supporting short and long-term planning, cross-functional support, and demonstrating working software.
  • Develop cutting-edge applications that support a wide array of analytical functions.
  • Support an expanding Secure Mobile Device program.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree preferred.
  • 5 years of development experience with .NET and C#
  • Must possess an Active Top Secret with current/previous SCI eligibility.
  • Employment-based sponsorship is not available.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SQL Server 2019 database and SQL Server technologies (writing SQL/T-SQL, Stored Procedures, UDF, triggers).
  • DevOps experience working with CI/CD implementation and build/deployment tools (TFS and/or Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting/performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Azure Web Apps and AWS Cloud.
  • Understanding of code versioning tools - such as TFS, Git.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Basic understanding of Apple products and either the ability to perform or learn Xcode.
