Travel will likely be required.*** Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and approve personnel time sheets. Review PTO changes prior to submitting to PMO for final approval. Coordinate and initiate MASCAL exercises. Provide chart review standards and processes prior to submitting to PMO. Provide evacuation plans and procedures to personnel. Set expectations and conduct performance evaluations for staff. Manage personnel accountability procedures and documentation. Oversee Medevac procedures and protocols. Report serious incidents, determining qualification and notification procedures. Handle vehicle access requests and maintenance. Maintain facility environment and ensure med lab equipment is operational at all times. Under the direction of the responsible CMO, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants may be required to hand carry meals for hospitalized patients. Document care delivered and follow-up care as a healthcare provider. Assist in managing daily activities and prioritizing tasks. Participate in meetings and task forces to improve quality, communicate issues, and stay updated on new developments and policies. Use personal computers to access email, calendars, and office support software. Comply with all applicable Acuity standards and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Maintain current, unrestricted licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from any state. Hold current national certifications such as NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC. Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. Leadership experience is preferred. Maintain current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and CPR. Completion of a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course or similar is highly desirable. Emergency medicine experience is highly desirable. Participate in required training, including HIPAA. Recent clinical experience of at least 6 months within the past year is required. Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods. Must be medically and dentally fit according to Acuity guidelines and client requirements. Acuity International is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
