This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This is a night shift position with hours from 19:00 to 07:00.LocationThe position is located in Gallatin, TN, offering a chance to work in a Level III Trauma Center that has been serving the community for 60 years.ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the critical care unit.Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech EHR.Provide support to patients and families in understanding care plans.QualificationsEducation: Must have a valid RN license to practice in Tennessee.Experience: Minimum of 1 year in ICU or CCU settings required.Certifications: ACLS, BLS, HWC, NIH required prior to start.Skills: Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.Personality Fit: Professional disposition and ability to work effectively as a team player.Unit InformationFacility: 167-bed healthcare facilityPatient Population: Serves patients of all agesSupervisor: Ryan McFarland, Director of Critical Care ServicesWork ScheduleThis position guarantees 36 hours per week with a shift that varies, and weekend hours as needed.
