The ideal candidate will have experience in ICU and CCU settings, along with the required certifications. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing quality care to patients of all ages, we invite you to apply.Shift DetailsShift: Varies (Nights: 19:00-07:00)Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hoursWeekend Hours: As needed/Every otherKey ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in ICU and CCU.Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Respond to emergency situations with swift and effective interventions.QualificationsRequired Education: Valid RN license to practice in New Mexico.Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, HWC, NIH.Experience: Minimum of 1 year in ICU/CCU.Personality Fit: Professional and adaptable in high-pressure settings.Unit InformationFloor: ICU/CCUNumber of Beds: 199Patient Ratios: To be determined by unit policy.Additional InformationAll clinical staff on assignment in the state of New Mexico must be fingerprinted before hire. Documentation of the check process is required, although travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while waiting for results, in supervision.
