Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction)

to join our national aviation team. This position may assist aviation clients across the country in need of our services for aviation projects. Candidates must be within a

reasonable commute to a major airline hub, such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc. The primary objective of the Senior Project Manager is to build and maintain positive client relationships and to achieve or exceed the projected profit margins for projects. Job Responsibilities:

Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, including deliverables, schedule, and budget. Manage and direct proposal development, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout, including responsibilities for budgets, change requests, and invoicing. Participate in or lead marketing efforts, proposal preparations, and presentations to secure projects. Plan project execution and develop comprehensive project manuals. Monitor manpower requirements against project budgets, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility. Establish communication channels with contractors and clients to keep all parties informed of project progress, start dates, and budget status. Oversee project from initiation through delivery, including manpower planning and updates. Form and lead project teams, ensuring coordination and responsibility for tasks according to schedule. Ensure compliance by submitting documents for permits and code reviews to federal, state, and local authorities. Conduct regular project meetings to review contract compliance and project progress. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, addressing manpower, equipment, materials, and quality issues promptly. Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations. Compensation Range:
