Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction)
to join our national aviation team. This role involves assisting aviation clients across the country with various aviation projects. Candidates should be within a
reasonable commute to a major airline hub, such as AUS, DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, BWI, or Dulles . The primary goal of the Senior Project Manager is to build and maintain positive client relationships while achieving or exceeding the projected profit margins for projects. Job Responsibilities:
Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, including deliverables, schedules, and budgets. Manage and direct proposal development, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout, including handling budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing. Participate in or lead project-specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations to secure projects. Plan the entire project execution process and develop comprehensive project manuals. Monitor manpower requirements against the project budget and performance, managing scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communication, coordination, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility. Establish a contractor-client liaison network to keep stakeholders informed about project planning, start dates, and progress. Oversee the project from initiation through delivery, including manpower development and updates. Form and lead a project team that meets regularly to coordinate responsibilities and tasks. Submit necessary documentation to federal, state, and local authorities for code compliance and permits. Hold regular project progress meetings to ensure compliance with contractual terms and specifications. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, intervening as needed to address issues related to manpower, equipment, materials, and quality. Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient project operation. Compensation Range:
