Invent & Innovate: Develop and prototype new product concepts that redefine consumer expectations. Collaborate & Build: Work cross-functionally to bring ideas to life. Create Scalable Solutions: Design technologies for seamless transition from development to production. Shape the Future: Influence product roadmap with disruptive ideas. Communicate ideas effectively through sketches, CAD, 3D models, and prototypes. Manage external technology providers to reduce time to market. Balance product definition clarity with inspiration. Drive better solutions through curiosity and relentless problem-solving. Qualifications
Passion for problem-solving, creativity, and technical excellence. Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experience in product design, prototyping, and transitioning to production. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Experience with high-volume manufacturing processes like plastic injection molding, sheet metal, die casting. Team & Culture
